Hi there !
My name is Khansaa Elguenaoui
MY WHY
I aspire to empower people through validation + advocacy.
Design is my tool of choice.
Empathy
Most of my successful designs stem from problems I have become deeply familiar with and empathized with, sparking a creativity and innovation only present when I have genuinely become a part of the user's world.
Neuroscience
True human-centered design begins with understanding the human brain and its influence on behavior. Leveraging my neuroscience background, I design while considering mental models, attention, perception, motivation, and other factors that influence human cognition and instant impressions.
MY WHAT
MY HOW
Each image holds a story, ask me about it!
Curiosity
“Look at usual things with unusual eyes.”
Only when I lean into the wildest possibilities, wider than my imagination, and then narrow in on the most effective solution am I able to tap into innovative breakthroughs.
Aptitude
Unforeseen challenges or new constraints are to be expected, in fact, welcomed. Remaining flexible and diving in when you are least sure how well your competencies align is where growth begins, after all:
“Design is the beauty of turning constraints into advantages”.
A rewarding sense of contribution through crafting human-centered design that solves complex problems, empowers people, and delivers real business value.
I hope to bring my perspective to a team that thrives on diversity of thought, impactful work, healthy collaboration, and ideally moments of surprise and delight.
Sound like you?
